What does my ticket include? Can I access the castle grounds?
Your ticket grants access to the designated musical area from 6:00 PM until the performance begins at 7:15 PM. In this area, you can enjoy a light dinner and drinks.
Note: Your ticket does not include access to Hever Castle grounds during the day. To visit the grounds, you must buy a separate daytime ticket from Hever Castle and scan your Musical tickets at the same time as your day one.
Can I bring young children to the performance?
Children under the age of 4 are not permitted. The show is recommended for audiences aged 12 and up, depending on parental discretion due to thematic content.
Is parking included in my ticket ?
Yes. Free parking is included for all ticket holders.
- Platinum Premium ticket holders receive priority parking closer to the venue.

Can I cancel or refund my ticket? What is the seating like?
Tickets are non-refundable due to the limited run – please check our T&Cs (Link T&Cs here please) for al info.
Seating is in tiered fully covered grandstands, ensuring excellent views from every angle. A video of the seating setup from our Belgian shows is available on our website.
What should I wear to the performance?
Although fully covered this is still an open-air production, please dress warmly and comfortably. Even summer evenings can be chilly after 9 PM.
Do you offer group bookings or discounts?
Yes! Discounts are available for groups:
- 5% off for 20–49 tickets
- 7.5% off for 50–74 tickets
- 10% off for 75+ tickets

Is this an immersive headset experience?
Yes, all audience members will receive immersive audio headsets, offering a binaural surround-sound theatrical experience that enhances the performance.
Is seating covered?
Yes. Our covered grandstand offers protection from light rain and sun while maintaining an open-air atmosphere.
Is there nearby accommodation ?

Can I catch the last train back to London ?
Yes. The show ends in time for you to walk back to Hever Station and catch the final train to London at 23:05.
Will the show go ahead in bad weather?
Yes. The performance continues in most weather conditions as our grandstand is covered. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather, updates will be posted on our website and via email.
Can I bring my own chair or blanket?
No. Seating is tiered and pre-arranged in a covered grandstand, so personal seating is not permitted. Platinumand premium platinum tickets holder will receive a blanket, the others are welcome to bring their own.
Can I use my own headphones for the immersive audio ?
No. The immersive audio system uses specific headsets provided by our team to ensure synchronized sound quality. These are included with certain ticket types.
Are the immersive headsets compatible with hearing aids ?
Yes. The headsets used for our immersive audio experience are compatible with most hearing aids. They are designed to sit comfortably over or near the ear and work well with standard hearing aid models. If you have specific concerns or require assistance, please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.
What time should I arrive?
Gates open at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to enjoy food, drinks, and the pre-show atmosphere. The performance begins promptly at 7:15 PM.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and drink are not permitted. We offer a wide range of options on site, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, along with a full-service bar.
Is the venue accessible ?
Yes. The venue includes accessible seating and parking. Please contact us in advance to make necessary arrangements for mobility or audio needs.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No. All tickets are digital and will be sent via email. Please have your QR code ready for scanning at the entrance.
