Accessibility
Making Our Summer Musical Accessible to All
We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone can enjoy our summer musical pop-ups, including those with accessibility needs. While we’re working with limited resources due to the pop-up nature of the show, we are committed to making it as inclusive as possible. Here’s how we’re making our events accessible:
Accessible Tickets
- Reserved Gold Front-Row Tickets for Disabled Patrons and Carers: We have reserved a number of Gold front-row seats for disabled guests and their carers to ensure they have the best view and easy access. These tickets are available at the standard Gold seat price. You can purchase these tickets directly through our website’s booking system here.
- Please note, we reserve the right to check proof of disability at the entrance.
- For any questions or specific needs, feel free to contact us here.
Special Accessibility Features
- Sign Language Interpretation and Touch Tour: We’re excited to offer a special performance featuring sign language interpretation and a touch tour for a specific number of visually impaired guests. This unique event will allow for greater engagement with the show. More details on which day will offer these services will be available closer to the event, but feel free to reach out to us in advance if you have any questions or would like to express interest.
Our show finishes in time for you to walk back to Hever Station and catch the final train to London at 23:05.
General Accessibility Info
- Although our pop-up nature and the constraints of operating within a historically listed venue present different challenges compared to permanent theaters, we are doing our best to accommodate various accessibility needs.
- If you have specific requirements, such as mobility assistance or seating preferences, please don’t hesitate to reach out through our contact page. We are more than happy to work with you to ensure a positive experience.
Stay in Touch!
We encourage you to engage with us and share any accessibility requests. We’re continuously working on making our show welcoming to all and will update this page as more accessibility options become available.
