Evening Schedule:
5:45 PM – Guests welcomed to the Tudor Suite with canapés and a welcome drink
6:15 PM – Main course: Romney Salt Marsh lamb with spiced carrot, crisp potato, confit shoulder & black garlic
6:45 PM – Dessert: Blackcurrant & vanilla cheesecake with honey madeleine and a hint of mint
7:30 PM – Showtime!
8:30 PM – Interval in the main tent
